How do I calculate pip value in forex?
Pip value in the quote currency = Pip size × Position units. For EUR/USD at 100,000 units, 0.0001 × 100,000 = $10 per pip. At EUR/USD 1.0850, that is approximately €9.22 for an account denominated in EUR, not $9.22. Convert the quote-currency value to your account currency using the relevant exchange rate.
